    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4372423"&gt;@Smccul&lt;/a&gt; This was quite a common problem a couple of years ago but I have not encounter since then. &amp;nbsp;When it did happen I found a couple of ways to clear the problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exit the Netflix App and load a live broadcast let it play for 2 or 3 seconds and then go back to Netflix and the programme you were trying to watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that didn't work I would&amp;nbsp;Go to Netflix "Get Help" and select reload Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Several nights now when trying to access. Netflix it just buffers up to twenty four percent and stay with the circle of time wasting. Tried switching off then on again but still will not load. What is the solution?. Just signed up for another two years &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;.</description>
