Hi @Mark2928 and welcome to the forum.

I had exactly the same earlier this morning so I rebooted my puck and this resolved the problem. This procedure will most often clear software glitches.

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

If this doesn't help try pairing the remote again (settings>connected devices) and if still not working I would request a replacement from Sky.

Same issue (voice control not working), followed your instructions step 1 and step 2, problem still there.

Next; press 1 and 3 to repar my contoler, it could not find my TV, it then said my TV was not supported, a bit odd as my Stream puck was working perfectly well when I switched off last night!

So; I now have a contoler that has no voice control capability, no volume cotrol and has lost the ablity to turn my TV on and off!

Tis amazing what can go wrong while you are asleep.

Loss of voice control seems an ongoing issue, occurrs every few days!

My latest fix. just leave it alone and when you turn on your Sky puck voice control works!

Not so much of an issue, though I do wish someone in Sky would look at and solve the intermitent fault of loss of voice control

Hi @Markbaby If you go to Settings > Accessibility and you will finally a number of options. Make sure the relevant ones are turned off (they are all turned off in my setup)
