Hi Guys, I have changed my installation date from 9th to 20th May, but my app still states the 9th. I called to change it and have a text message to confirm. Does it really take days to update? DD.

There's no installation for Sky Stream. You just plug it in and set it up yourself. Do y9u mean something else?

It's the broadband router. I have virgin fibre at the moment so hopefully won't take long. Yes, the sky stre will be straightforward. Cheers 👍🏼

@DaddyDisco you could check online here to see if it has been updated there: https://www.sky.com/myorders

If so, the app is probably still a bit behind. If not, you might need to give Sky a call to check.

Sky won't be using the Virgin network, so it will be a new installation.
