my puck will not turn on no light showing have done all fixes but still dead

That's annoying! If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps then your next bet is probably to phone Sky. They may be able to do something their side or arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.

You can use the Sky Help portal to contact Sky. If you want to speak to somebody, you can click "Need more help?" at the bottom, and within that content you will see a phone number (we can't post phone numbers in this community).
