Sky puck goes back to start

I have a sky puck and it keeps going back to the start of the programme after the adverts - It also does this when I try and fast forward.

I have tried restarting ( have to do this frequently as get a frozen screen sometimes - sky also provides the broadband )

Had it installed sinse March 24 and has done this all the time.

What is the problem ???

Hi @rj8025 @there's a software update rolling out now which might help address this. It's build beginning with QS035, could you go to your settings and see what your current version is?

If it's still QS034 I recommend waiting until the update happens for your puck (it may be a few weeks) and then seeing if that fixes it or not.

The build version is QS035.013.00P - Is this the latest version ?

That is the latest version, so it looks like that particular bug hasn't yet been fixed.
