All4 app on Sky Stream not loading/working

Hello,

When trying to load the 'All4' app on Sky Stream, the Channel 4 logo is constantly spinning and the app will not load.

Have tried multiple things, including:

- App Refresh

- Rest of Sky Stream Box

- Restaring Sky Stream Box

- Contacting Channel 4

Can some support/solution be offered to resolve this issue please?
