Fast fwd/ ads

Ok, here we go. I am a newby with Sky stream. Have been a Virgin media customer for many years.

So my problem is, I fast fwd a playlist program, stop just before the ads, watch the ads. The play then goes back to where I previously stopped fast fwd and plays through the ads again and will do this twice before carrying on the program. Does this make sense to anyone?

I know I have to watch the ads because of the package I am on, but come on, once is enough.

@GKKC Yes this is a known fault. If you go to 'Settings' (just say settings into the blue voice control button, otherwise it is at the very bottom of the 'Home' screen) go to 'System management' and under System info look at Build version. If it says QS034......then you will shortly be getting an update QS035..... which hopeful will fix the problem.

Hi, and thank you for that info.

I have just checked, and am running on the earlier build version.

I will do a reboot and see if new version loads up. If not I will keep a regular check on it.

@GKKC The current stream software version is QS035.013.00P but not everyone will probably have received it yet. Just so you are aware there is a small tweak which will start rolling out tonight (QS035.016.00P). I have no idea what this is minor update is addressing though.
