The best course of action would be to email the issue to sky's viewer relations team who will investigate with the correct team and sky and respond accordingly.       <title>Sky Stream F1-only Subscribers - Some Content Access Issues Remain</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a F1 subscriber on Sky Stream (not full Sky Sports). I can watch F1 by watching channel 406. I can also watch F1 catchup content since recent fixes regarding F1 content also shown on the Sky Sport Main Event channel. However, some F1 links in the menu still don't work. For example today the home screen showed "sky sports F1" "Live F1: Japanese Grand Prix" but also said I would have to upgrade (see attached photo below). Selecting that link took me to an upgrade screen for Sky Sports instead of letting me watch the F1 content. I was still able to watch the grand prix live by viewing channel 406 but clearly there is still work to do to properly separate content to handle specialised subscriptions like F1. Please can Sky properly address these access issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Untitled.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/109228iFDF9D3DB9035EBB0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Untitled.jpg" alt="Untitled.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an update that as suggested I emailed &lt;A href="mailto:viewerR@sky.uk" target="_blank"&gt;viewerR@sky.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on 7 April. Received an email on 8 April saying they are now managing the case and another similar email on 11 April but nothing since. There has been nothing substantive such as recognising the issue or doing anything about it so it remains to be seen if it gets improved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
