Can you use sky go if you have sky stream....sky are telling me you cannot.

You have access to Sky Go if you have a any valid Sky TV subscription

Yes.

All Sky TV customers have access to Sky Go.

Sky Go customers can stream on two devices at a time.
Sky Go Extra, Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time

@Ld86 Unfortunately some members of the Sky Customer Service team really need some refresher training. Some of the posts mentioning responses received from the team just show their lack of knowledge.
