Also worth running a speed test on the puck in netflix (left hand menu &amp;gt; help help &amp;gt; connection check) to give you an idea if it's it's accesaing your network normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's still playing up you will need to speak to Sky for a replacement (we are fellow subscribers here on the community).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky stream puck crashes at least once a day.&amp;nbsp; I have another one in a room further away from my gigabyte broadband router and that never crashes.&amp;nbsp; It freezes and then restarts itself.&amp;nbsp; Quite annoying.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
