I have 2 TVs upstairs with no sky boxes behind them. They now have no signal , how do I contact SKY to remedy this ?

Hi Daniel , we have Sky Streaming , I have 2 TVs downstairs with little sky boxes behind them . I have another 2 TVs upstairs with no boxes behind them . They have worked fine until now , we get no signal signs now on both

@Patricia541 You need to order two additional stream pucks @ £40 each one for each of the two upstairs TVs

you should be able to do this from your online account or by calling sky

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

Without a Stream box connected to the tv, you won't get a picture @Patricia541

@Patricia541 What (and how) did you watch on the TV'S without a Sky box attached to them? As it wasn't Sky.
