Once again we having issues with channel 922 and its not functioning. When will Sky sort these issues out and take more responsibility?

@Super+Anthony this is ultra HD version which I don't currently have a subscription for, but the HD one is working just fine for me. Is that one working for you?

What's happening specifically for you?

I understand you’ve mentioned in other posts that your network is working well, but if you’re experiencing issues with the UHD low latency channel, I’d suggest giving it another look. I don’t want to stir up trouble, as you’ve mentioned it’s fine before, but I think Occam’s razor might be a helpful approach here.

Channel 922 is the uhd live sync linked from the Sky Sports main event uhd channel.

Do not bother with live sync Myself, just use the normal Sky Sports channels, selecting uhd when available.

Just tried and working ok.

Are you seeing some kind of error, when going to the channel or from using the 'live sync' button on Sky Sports main event uhd?

It seems to be working fine again this morning thankfully. Chanel 921 was working fine last night but not 922

Channel 922 Freezing and Black Screen

Happened last night during the F1 race and now today during Palace vs Forest match. Programe freezes and then Black Screen. UGH

Constant problems yet again yesterday on the latency channel 922. Picture not clear and fuzzy and then black screens. 4/5 times during F1 and then golf

When will sky fix it and also don't say is our ISP or network because it's not

it happened to me just now 21-30 on channel 922 whilst watching the cricket and did it last night as well. We lose sound and just have a black screen

Sky need to get a grip with this and sort it, it's very frustrating and inconvenient

Tonight and last night on channel 922, I am watching live sport and I get interrupted. I then have to go to home menu and change to something else or I have to restart the puck

Black screen - Latency screen 922

Unfortunately despite the firmware update that was done to try to cure the black screen on channel 922, it's still happening. It happened 3 times last night during football. I have informed Sky, so hoping the Tech team can produce another update. They did tell me they were hoping the update would sort the issue out. It seemed to have gone away until yesterday

I know I've asked this before but does it still happen on the regular UHD channel? Really there is little to be gained by using the low latency channel unless you absolutley need to.
