      <title>Problem with live tv on Sky Stream</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I'm watching live tv on Sky Stream, the screen keeps going blank. The Sky Stream box is still working. The only way to start watching tv again is to turn the box off and on again, but after a while it does the same thing again. &amp;nbsp;I don't have this problem when watching live tv through the BBC iplayer app on the same Sky Stream box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We suffer the same problem by the time we get to watch it the program is finished. I suppose the next letter we have will be we are increasing your bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a blank, black screen with no message (if you click on back on remote, it goes back to home page so sky box is still on).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The speed test on Netflix was 329.36 Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
