Since having to replace a PUK due to ongoing problems, now the next episode in a series is not being brought up despite the auto play setting being on.

What show are you watching, what channel is it on?

I ask because the autoplay setting on the Sky settings only affects shows that use the Sky player, but not iPlayer, ITVX, Netflix etc.

Sky channels like Alibi. Episodes that were auto playing before the Puk was replaced.

Interesting! If you turn the setting on and then off again does it change things?

Have you tried a restart? It sometimes solves software gremlins.

Thanks, but tried a different series, and this worked fine. It appears to have lost the link on old series from the previous Puk. Strange, but can live with that.

'Puck', as in ice hockey (or Shakespeare). A PUK is something entirely different and will return confusing search results.
