Maybe trying rebooting the the puck that is having the issue with the Continue Watching rail and see if it helps.

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

I have two sky stream pucks.

We are currently watching Severance on Apple TV via one of the pucks - call it puck A.

There is no sign of Severwnce on the continue watching deck on puck A, but it does appear on puck B, where we've heard Apple TV but not actually watched Severance. Should the two pucks behave the same?
