This normally happens because of lack of bandwidth from your router to the puck.

What speed do you get from your ISP?

In the Netflix app check the connection speed (Get help > Check your network)

If connecting via WiFi download an analyser to a smartphone and check the channel you are using for interference from adjacent routers.

Try connecting with an ethernet cable, disable the WiFi connection in the puck settings.

Does this happen on apps like Netflix, iPlayer or is it limited to live TV?

@PeteBun Well obviously that should not be happening. Two possible reasons, first the old on and off trick. Go to Settings (I am away at the moment so can't check but in there somewhere is the option to restart your puck) Alternatively unplug your puck and leave it for a couple of minutes and then plug back in.

More likely is your internet connection. If you go onto Netflix in the menu there is a internet speed check, Sky recommends a minimum of 25Mbps, but ideally 100Mbps if possible. If not already connect your puck with an Ethernet cable, or ensure your router is in the same room and ideally without any objects blocking the signal.

If none of this helps or you have already tried it, I would suggest contacting Sky for a replacement puck, unless someone else on here has a better suggestion. I hope that helps.
