I was told I would be given a Gift Voucher when signing up. No sign of it

Just wondering if any has actually received the Gift Voucher they we're told they would when signing up with Sky? I have been a customer of Sky for around 7-8 months. And no sign of the voucher at all.

Thanks. I am asking the question of if anyone has ever actually received the voucher rather than where it is.

Certainly, I have had prepaid card from sky as part of promotion. However they don't automatically send it. You have to claim it as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-claim-your-reward
