What do I receive via post when purchasing Sky Stream (TV and Broadband)? I've received the Sky Stream 'Box'. I've missed a British Mail delivery twice (a different problem that). But what is it that must still be delivered aafter the 'box'?

The Sky stream puck can be installed straight away, you don't need to wait for your Sky broadband to be installed.

I suspect the other package you're expecting is the Sky router.

Thanks Josh. I've just connected via a different internet provider and it is up and running. The deduction is then what you've just explained, thanks. It is just that an Openreach technician is arriving tomorrow at 7.30 am (!) and I thought the package might've been needed by him. Thanks again!
