It could be to do with the WiFi signal it's getting compared to you Glass. Sky say that you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix&gt; going to the left hand menu &gt; get help &gt; connection check.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It would be best to run it a few times and take an average.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If your speeds aren't as required, you can either look at getting a wireless extender from your ISP or connecting it via ethernet and turning WiFi off in the settings or using homeplugs.
