    <description>&lt;P&gt;We would be watching a film, sports or saved programme and the tv sometimes freeze or go to a blank screen and the only way to correct this is by unplugging the router and tv and turning the back on, by time we get it going we have lost a chunck of the programme, so annoying!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you do a network speed test on your Puck.&lt;BR /&gt;Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Check Network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest running the test a handful of times over an hour or so period.&lt;BR /&gt;What is your speed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
