Swapped from virgin to sky !!!

WiFi working

But no stream puks for tvs so unable to watch tv

Not happy at all was told there would be no disruption but there is how long do I have to wait for them

Feel like changing back to virgin

I ordered Sky Stream via a Currys store and the puck arrived by parcel courier the next day.

You should be able to track your order online once the Sky website once you've created a Sky ID, see - https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/delivery-and-returns-sky-stream/track-sky-order

Just to check, did you actually order Stream, because that's television only.

With Sky the broadband service and the subscription television subscription are separate items.

Sky stream installed today no puks still in transit since the 28 Feb!!!

Sky stream + tv packages told there would be no disruption in any service surly you would think sky could organise both to be up and running same day ,puks have been on order since 28 Feb!! Not happy

Call Sky and ask them to investigate. Perhaps the parcel carrier has lost them?
My puck arrived the day after order and Openreach changed my phone line and broadband over to Sky from Plusnet 2 weeks later, so no disruption in service.

You didn't get Sky stream installed, you have broadband installed, as noted in posts above stream is the TV service.

Mine took a couple of days to arrive. If you're haven't arrived, I'd say the courier has messed up and probably lost them. Call Sky and they'll arrange replacements.

It does make a difference on when you ordered:

9pm Monday – Thursday	Next day
After 9pm Monday – Wednesday	2 days
After 9pm Thursday – 3pm Sunday	Monday
After 3pm Sunday	Tuesday

Yeah you should definitely have this by now, something must have gone wrong on DPDs end. I've had it before with parcels from other companies and they send another and told DPD to return the originals to them when they found them. I'd phone Sky and ask them to do that.

Sky sadly is a absolute shambles in customer care ( depends who you get )

On missing puks it took 6 transfers to be put through to the correct people

Had one sky assistant ask me my age and if I smoked!!!and how did I stop smoking !!

When finally got through to correct person a case has been raised and looking at next Thursday before new puks are delivered...

Must admit very poor 😢 😕
