I wish to cancel both Disney+ and Sky UHD Dolby but I don't seem to be able to achieve this. Anybody got any advice?

You should be able to UHD add on via MySky. Is Disney+ billed to your sky account or do you pay for this separately? If it's the latter, log into your Disney+ account via a web browser (not the app) and go to your account. You can cancel there.

Uhd add on can be cancelled in the MySky app .... be aware that it's a 30 day notice period before it cancels .

Thanks Nigel1972. Disney+ is billed via Sky but when I try to follow the cancellation ptocess I come to a dead end . It shows the Discovery+ option to cancel but there's no sign of the Disney+ equivalent... very frustrating.

Thanks JPorch316. I've managed to cancel the UHD, I've been told it will fully remove at the next billing date, but still having difficulty with Disney+.
