I keep having to change Netflix profile for you to stop charging me £6 extra without adds

i have changed this in numerous occasions but I have been charged

@ElaineMillar If your getting charged £6 extra you will need to go to my sky and change your Netflix package to basic with adds

After making some changes to my Sky package a few months ago I ended up on Netflix with Ads but there are so few Ads it doesn't seem worth paying the extra to upgrade to no ads option.

Agreed - Netflix seem to be one of the better streaming platforms for those on the ads tier, with not too many and them not being intrusive.
