&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do this, it's often helped others.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start the Paramount+ app on an Android or Apple phone/tablet and play some content, say a good ten minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could also play some Paramount + content on a Smart TV app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This seems to do some kind of account link refresh and after doing this your Sky box should play fine again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Every time I view Paramount+ it stalls and then fails, normally during adverts, and then has to restart as if buffering problems. It's not signal strength because every other platform works fine. Is anyone else having this?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Paramount + available and am able to load it ok and watch the programme but as soon as I get a 90 minute advert it will freeze periodically during it, then freeze and throw me out. I get an error message that says ooopps you appear to have a problem with your internet connection. Error code 3005. It plays the programmes fine and only freezes during the long advertisements. Sometimes it will continue after the freeze only to freeze again some seconds later and then throw me out.&lt;BR /&gt;I did not have this issue in the past with it (just only aware in the last few weeks when I tried to &amp;nbsp;rewatch 1924 season 1 &amp;nbsp;in preparation for the new release of season 2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does this on my main box and my mini box. I have rebooted both ( switched off, unplugged and waited etc...) I have updated for any system changes on both boxes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have no streaming issues with any other App such as Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney + , Discovery + and don't notice any issues generally with my internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agree, having the same with P+ adverts on both my Sky Pucks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since the Paramount + app went to an adverts tier, it has become flaky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Never had any problems with the app, before that change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Often, see problems during the advert countdown in that it halts for about 20 seconds or so and then continues the countdown.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have also seen it hung during ads, with an error. Going back to Sky Puck Home, playing a live channel for a minute or so and back to the P+ app seems to cure it. But, then later on it can do same again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It for some reason, does seem worse for the 1923 series.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried the app on my Roku and Smart TV using the &amp;nbsp;same Sky (Sky Cinema) credentials and it is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not seen it freeze or jump to next episode Myself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have friends who pay for paramount channel not through sky, they have no problems. The issue seems to be for just sky customers !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
