      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing an issue with my sky puck. &amp;nbsp;It will not turn on unless I unplug the power and reconnect again. &amp;nbsp;The light flashes for about 10 seconds then switches itself off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the help desk and after 50mins they told me I need a new power cable. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so what was the resolution please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've not experienced this. It sounds faulty. Did they say they were sending out a replacement cable for you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, did you get it before 23rd&amp;nbsp;February 2023? Before then people owned their pucks, but now they're leased and they should replace it for free if it's problematic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
