    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem puk is not a week old yet and havnt been able to watch more than 1 hour continuous play due to freezing. Tried it on various tv's in the house all the same tried using a cat 8 ethernet cable and disconnecting the wi-fi and re-booting the box still makes no difference. Are these puk's known for being faulty ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Stream Keep Freezing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since I have set up my Sky Stream it constantly keeps freezing after 5-10 minutes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It can't be an Internet issue because I watch all my other programmes via the Internet and they stream absoloutely fine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe I have a dodgy puck?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried connecting an Ethernet cable directly too it but makes no difference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest anything?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you didn't then it would have likely still have been using the Wifi as they will prioritise the Wifi connection even if an ethernet cable is connected for some reason. Whwn disabling the Wifi its best to also then reboot the puck either using the restart option in the settings or by unplugging it for a couple of minutes, as seemingly the Wifi doesn't actually disable until the puck boots up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not good.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me my internet speed was fast enough so I would have no problems&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But ever since I've switched over it's been a nightmare&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll try again when get home but i'm not very optimistic!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive just tested my speed via wi-fi in the Netflix app and did it 5 times the slowest being 219mbps and the fastest being 240mbps so its deffo not a connection issue also the box whilst scrolling through the menu will just freeze looks like a call to Sky and try to get a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes m8 disabled the wi-fi and connected via ethernet cable and also took out the cable and connected via wi-fi as i said checking the network speed via Netflix its averging over 220mbps so its not a network issue have various devices and no issues with any but this box i have to admit is not very good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am seeing this exact issue, 202.27 mbps and I have had over a month of poor quality connections.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please try again later messages and desynchronisation of sound to video keeps on happening, I pay a lot a month for this and it never works as it should. Will be calling sky on Monday to cancel if they can't resolve as services are not being provided&lt;/P&gt;</description>
