Hey!

So, my Sky Stream puck has stopped working?!

It was working perfectly fine, and was switched off whilst I was out of the house.

When I came back, I powered up my Sky Stream puck, the black and white Sky logo appeared, and then my TV says "No Signal".

I've tried multiple HDMI leads, multiple ports, and done the reset method, all to no avail. I know it is sending an HDMI Signal, because I see the Sky logo, but nothing else.

The white light remains on solid, and I can use the remote to put it in standby, but there's just nothing.

Hi @natestnate

Try powering it off at the mains for at least 5 minutes and turning it back on.

If it still doesn't work, step though all the steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

Including undertaking a full recovery of your puck. If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky and arrange a replacement.

MikeAlanR

Your problem as mentioned above is usually cured by performing the recovery procedure as detailed here in step 4

Thank you both for the replies, but I've followed the recovery process multiple times.

I did say that I had tried the recovery process, and all other steps advised in the guide you both posted, but nothing had worked.

It looks like I'll need a replacement. I've only had it for 6 days, and it hasn't worked for 3 of them. 😞
