Calls are routed automatically to the next available agent wherever they may be based.

Assuming that you've done your research into how Stream differs the Sky Q set up, insist that you do not want Glass and you're only interested in Stream.

Do you mean you want Sky Stream but they're trying to upsell you to Glass? Persevere, you don't need to go to Glass if you don't want it.

Just a pain you can't make the change online. Seems a bit backwards to me.

Sky doesn't permit some changes (such as in-contract Sky Q to rolling monthly Sky Stream)
