Discovery + asking me to upgrade

Recently got Sky Stream with TNT Sports went through the steps to activate Discovery +. Got it all loaded can open the app see the programmes but when I press watch I get a screen it tells me I need to upgrade my subscription.

They won't as they don't have a clue how to fix it. 18 months I have been trying to get them to sort mine.

their back office technical teams are not very technical!
