The billing would have automatically switched from Netflix to Sky when you activated your Netflix account on the Stream puck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you log in to the Netflix website with your Netflix account email address and password?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have to get Sky to unlink the account then start a new account with a new email address for Netflix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I didn't think you could have 2 Netflix accounts with the same email address so it's possible you are accidentally logging in which the old email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Netflix account you first login to on your Sky device will be the one that is linked to your Sky account. To unlink it you have to contact Netflix, Sky customer support can't help as the linking is on the Netflix account side rather than the Sky account side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
