Sky Stream Puck Order

Hi everyone. I ordered my sky stream puck on the 9/3/25 at 16:58 and it's 10pm the next day and other than the email in the picture I've had no further updates from sky in terms of confirmation or delivery. I did try contacting customer service at 6pm but never got through.
Can someone tell me how long I've got to wait.
