Puck problem

Hi my puck has started to not come on with the remote. If I press button on puck it comes on and I can then use the remote to access everything. Once on I can turn on and off with the remote. If I then turn it off for 30 minutes I have the same problem again. I cant see its a remote fault as its fine once its on. Not sure what to do. Anyone else had this problem?

Is HDMI control enabled in settings > start up?

Yes it is. Its worked fine for nearly 2 years just having problem this last week

Very odd. Have you tried restarting the puck?

Go to Settings
System management
Resets & updates
Restart device

I would try pulling the plug on both the Tv and the puck for a few minutes

Hi Andrew I've just done what you said it worked then I tried it later and it's not working again.

Try resetting the sky remote

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
