As a very new subscriber I am just getting used to Sky. I enjoy a good film and the ones I want to watch have subtitles (S). However when the film is shown there are no subtitles and I don't know how to access the means for including them. I hope there is an easy way of doing so. I am quite deaf and really do need subtitles.

Assuming you're watching Sky, you can press the options button (...) and from there select subtitles. You can make this always on for Sky content in settings, otherwise you have to turn it on for each time you watch or change channels.

Each other app is slightly different and there's instructions for those here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/enabling-subtitles
