itvx app not working

Yellow itvx on blue screen frozen. Have tried everything from updating software on puck to refreshing the apps in settings. All other apps are fine just Itvx issue. 3 days now. Anyone else with this issue?, any help available?

Hi @Charm

Try unplugging for at least 15 minutes at the mains. Another ting to try is opening ITVX and entering 0 0 0 0 7 7 7 - this clears the cache but not sure if it will work if apps not fully loaded.

If the above doesn't work let us know and I can escalate your post to Sky

Thanks, so frustrating. The app freezes. Won't go beyond the opening screen. Have tried the code and nothing happens. Don't know what else to do. Spent 33 minutes on the phone to Sky this morning. Very helpful lady but still no luck

...... No fix found, even with sky. They're passing it to their tech dept and I'm to look out for Comms. It's an anomaly. I hope I get a refund for sky stream not streaming 🫢
