Cheers so basically like with mobile companies, you'll never get the deal you see as you already a customer. Thank you.

Hi, I keep seeing ads across all socials stating how sky stream packages are cheaper. But when I speak to customer services it works out double. I pay 3 different companies for 3 products that sky say they can do all on 1 cheaper package but then quote me £20 more I'm paying and saying how cheap a deal I'm getting, I'm trying to save money. I'm disabled and money is tight so paying more is not in contention.

I pay £14 to Netflix, £35 to sky for broadband and £26 for sky sports in a now monthly pass including £5 HD boost.

sky say the same package for sky sports alone is £46 pm without Netflix or broadband. So how is it cheaper?

does any of you lovely community know of how I can save and condense my payments please?

A package on Sky Stream is typically slightly cheaper than the same package on Sky Q (for a new customer)

It can't be cheaper than NowTV because on Sky Stream you are required to have a baseline 'Ultimate TV' or 'Essential TV' bundle before Sky Sports can be added.

It's just not a 1:1 comparison because the services are different. The advert, like most adverts, is simplistic and lacking in nuance. You've done the right thing to research and on this occasion you're probably best to stay with what you've got unless you particularly want the full Sky experience
