Is the puck connected to the internet via Wifi or ethernet cable?

So i'd recommend disabling the wifi in the puck's settings, conencting via an ethernet cable and turning the puck off at the plug for 5 minutes ( just to make sure the wifi does get disabled).

Its a good way to test if the issue is with interference affecting the strength and stability of the Wifi network ( the sky streaming platform is prone to issues if the internet connection isn't strong and stable).
