    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased 4 pucks for live streaming in our home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;one of them didn't work from the start. I called and had a very lengthy 1 hour conversation describing the fault and even sending photos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The delivery of the replacement got messed up and returned by DPD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called again after waiting weeks for the replacement. Went through the same process AGAIN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More time went past. I'm on hold now after already spending an hour on the phone with the agent who sounds like she's reading off a script.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;she wants me to go through ALL the troubleshooting AGAIN even after she confirms that the last replacement was not requested correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm done with Sky and this awful service!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
