We have a sky stream puck and have been unable to watch any TV for 24 hours now. We get the same message…there is a technical fault with this programme please try again later. We can't use any of the apps (Netflix etc) or watch any channels. I've followed all the advice on the website to reboot etc and nothing changes. When I've run a service check it says everything is fine and working correctly. Do I need to call out for an engineer or any other suggestions?
