New to Sky.

Was watching a bike race from TNT Sports on my playlist. Paused and left TV on came back 30 minutes later to find home screen on. When back in my playlist the race had disappeared though there are still other ones from same series available. Anyone know why this has happened. Thankd

The pause feture on stream can be a bit flakey. Sky say that you should be able to pause up to 45 minutes. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/rewind-or-pause-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck#:~:text=You%20can%20pause%20live%20TV,the%20point%20you%20paused%20it.

However if the puck has been on and power save kicks in, the puck may go into energy saving while on pause.

In terms of items being in the playlist, if an item has been cloud recorded it should be available to watch straight away. If the broadcaster doesn't allow cloud recording, you have to wait for the broadcaster to make the program available via their catch-up service (in this case discovery plus). That can vary from minutes to hours. Unfortunately with TNT they are on the slower side.

If it doesn't appear this can be reported to viewer relations (viewerR@sky.uk) and they will investigate and feedback.

thank you for reply, that would make sense as to why it may have disappeared.

Was added to playlist previous day so surprised it is no longer available after this happened,

I have all other TNT races in the series still available except this one that I paused!

I went to Discovery plus and the race was available on there but when I tried to play told me need to watch through TNT but I cannot as it is gone!

Confusing day....
