Chck the speed in netflix (left hand menu &amp;gt; get help &amp;gt; connection check). You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your WiFi is poor, try connecting via homeplugs or ethernet and turning WiFi off in the settings or see if you can get boosters from your ISP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
