Home Move & Switching from Sky Stream to Sky Q

Hi, I'm about to move home and have Sky Stream which is out of contract.

I want to move address and change from Stream to Q. Is there anyway to do this online?

If not, will Sky tell me to cancel Stream, wait for 31 days, then I can order Sky Q?

I've been unable to contact anyone at Sky about it and was hoping someone would know.

The only path for stream to Q is by calling Sky this cannot be done online. They will usually terminate stream and arrange Q but there may be a period without service. However not sure how much the house move will muddy the waters.

If you are a Sky broadband customer you can arrange that move online. See: https://www.sky.com/moving-home

But for Q you will need to call them on 150 from Sky landline or mobile or on the 033 number under need more help on this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home
