This sometimes means a payment has failed. Does it say anything in your MySky app?

Also, try giving it a reboot and see if it persists.

@Marialesley That's not a good starrt to your Sky experience. As this is a user forum you are not addressing Sky by posting here. You will need to call them to get help in resolving the issue

I can't post the phone number for you as the forum blocks them for security reasons but follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help at the bottom of the page, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky.

I often get this message when I first switch on. I just press the Home button and it goes away and everything then works as usual. Just one of many "features" of the wonderful Sky Stream.
