Channels pixelated bbc

It's happening on the BBC at the moment but over the last week I've had pixelating issues randomly on a few channels. Speed is fine and not an issue with any apps, have tried both ethernet and WiFi. I've tried rewinding a few seconds and playing like I used to have to do for the lip sync but it still pixelates.

Any advice?

You mentioned that your speed is fine but to confirm that please could you go to the Netflix app and in the help section on the sidebar you can measure your speed. Please could you do that and let us know what it reports as please?

I'm sure it is fine like you say, but typically these issues are speed related and the Sky streams are a lot higher quality than most streaming apps and demands more. So having that clarified helps us rule out Occam's razor.

The speed was 54mbs. The only way I found to solve it was a restart but I'm on my 3rd restart of the day already.

Thanks for replying. I assume this is the speed with Ethernet in, could you share the speed when on WiFi mode please?

Also can you share a little bit more about your network? Is there lots of devices happening and is there multiple pucks on the network?
