Live tv and sky on demand pixelated all apps are fine

For the past 2 months my sky stream has been pixelated intermittently when watching live tv, it also does it for anything on demand with sky, sometimes the audio and the visuals don't sync and eventually the screen goes black. I have no issues with any of the apps. It's a bit frustrating when the only live TV you watch is sport..
