      <title>Disney + black screen on sky stream</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can load Disney + log into profile then when I select a programme it doesn't load the screen goes black and a message comes on saying no signal being received. &amp;nbsp;I have rebooted the puck and checked all the settings, refreshed the app but it is still not working. This is very frustrating can you advise please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
