      <title>Stream Puck fault</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky stream box doesn't turn on, I then have to try and reset it everyday or when I have turned it off. It works fine once it's working but say if I turn if off at at then the next morning it either won't turn on or has a red light. Says it has a software issue. I do the reset as per instructions and then it works but only until you switch it off again, it then takes ages to try and turn on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It sounds like it could be a fault with the puck.
