      <title>Sky Stream LG C4 issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just bought a new LG C4, connected to sky stream, picture and streaming quality set to uhd. When accessing the netflix app through sky I can't stream in 4k, however it streams 4k no problem on the netflix app on the TV itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also tried enabling hdmi deep colour on the lg but whenever I do this it does not recognise the sky stream puck?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions, thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You definitely have netflix primum? One thing to try is go into netflix, open the left hand menu &amp;gt; get help &amp;gt; and select the reload netflix option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Subscribed to UHD and netflix premium. Using what I thought was sky hdmi cable, but just noticed it doesn't have the pink end. I've ordered a new 2.1 cable to see if that makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix now crashes on sky when I press play. Will just have to use netflix on on the lg until new cable arrives&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As long as it's less than 3 metres long you should be fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
