Sky stream making a buzzing noise

Hi I have followed help guidelines online reset it change sound output and everything. but my sky stream seems to be outputting a buzzing noise. I thought it might be the TV so I tried a different device no buzzing at all. Buzzing is only happening when sky stream is on can you help me?

Give Sky a ring and ask for a replacement puck. There have been a few reports of some pucks making strange buzzing noises.

I recently re-subscribed and got my puck today. I’m using a HiSense U7N TV. Switching to PCM in the audio settings fixes the issue. It’s most noticeable in the Auto setting, but I can also hear it in the Dolby audio settings. I’m not too worried right now since I don’t have the UHD and Dolby Atmos pack right now. But I guess I’ll need to switch to Dolby audio if I ever upgrade. I’m wondering if this is a common problem and if it’s worth exchanging the puck (i.e., if a replacement would have the same issue).
