No subtitles on Itv 1

There have been no subtitles on I've 1 for the last 2 days all other channels are OK I have tried 3 different pucks on 3 different tv,s and there are no subtitles on any of them. Again this only applies to Itv 1 but my wife being severely deaf this creates a problem.

@pjohng Your multuipe posts across the community regarding the same issue have been removed, your issue has been escalated to the community messaging team and creating duplicate threads will only cause confusion.

Hi I have spent a good part of this morning trying to find out the results of the escalation, with no result just passed from one depth. To another each time having to give the same details. Not good
