Sky stream remote lg tv not communicating

Hi I have an Lg web os uf850v and have tried to program the stream remote to adjust the volume and put the tv into standby with no luck. However if I connect my soundbar using the optical lead it does adjust the volume. The only trouble is i don't want to use the soundbar any more. Thanks

Hi @Davidj5

The best thing to do is reset the remote and go back though settings. Try similar LG TVs. Remember turning off requires a long press of the button.
